Position: Sunday Staffing (Shared Position for Two Individuals)
Location: Bachman Community Center, in partnership with Mountain Fellowship
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Sundays (Holiday weekends required)
Type: Part-time, shared between two individuals

Mountain Fellowship and Bachman Community Center are seeking two motivated individuals to share a Sunday staffing position. This role supports church service and community center operations. Candidates should be reliable, able to work holiday weekends, and possess a mix of creative and/or maintenance skills (skills may be split between the two individuals). Position requires ability to adhere to consistent procedures to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet timing requirements.

• Church Service & Event Support: Set up and clean up for Sunday church services and special events at Mountain Fellowship. Mountain Fellowship tasks include unlocking Bachman Community Center and preparing interior for lighting and HVAC, setting outdoor signage, arranging Sunday School, Nursery, and Sanctuary, and preparing coffee.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks which may include light ladder work to maintain the facilities. Indoor and outdoor work is required.
• Thrift Store Operations: Assist with weekly setup of Bachman Community Center thrift store operations.
• Creative Displays: Design and create event signs, programming art, floral arrangements, and other visual displays to enhance community center programs and events.
• Event Setup: Set up for Sunday afternoon events.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow consistent procedures to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Availability to work Sundays from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, including holiday weekends.
• Ability to lift moderate weight and perform light ladder work.
• Creative abilities (e.g., designing event signs, programming art, or other visual displays) and/or maintenance skills (e.g., painting, groundskeeping, minor repairs). Skills may be split between the two individuals (e.g., one with creative skills, one with maintenance skills).
