Chair-based class to improve breath, balance and flexibility.  All levels of ability are welcome with options for standing balance if the student feels comfortable. Chairs are provided. Please wear comfortable shoes.

 This class focuses on deep breathing, flexibility, and relaxing and strengthening the muscles that get tight from daily stressors. This is a low-impact class that is easy on the joints and can be enjoyed by all ages and any level of athleticism and experience.

A class for those interested in a deeper dive into yoga beyond just the physical practice. These workshop style classes will include lots of movement, but will also touch on yoga philosophy, breath work, taking your practice off the mat and more. Each class will offer a different focus as well as a gentle yoga       asana practice.
Suitable for all levels from true beginners to seasoned yogis looking to deepen their practice beyond the physical body.
While the most benefit will be gained by attending every week, classes are structured as stand-alone sessions.
